The Dealers' Den is the place to go if you are looking to browse and buy furry merchandise, goods and commissions. Our cosy space is always buzzing with activity, creativity and fun! So grab your friends, come in and meet the artists and merchants, browse their unique and diverse selection of wares, but most importantly have a good time!
This year, the Dealers' Den is moving to a new and bigger location! The Dealers' Den will be located in Valhalla, and is no longer in the Clarion Hotel® Malmö Live.
The convention hotel closest to Valhalla is the Comfort Hotel® Malmö. You can view all convention hotels and the location of Valhalla on our map here: Information -> Hotels.
If you wish to apply for a spot in the Dealers' Den, please carefully read all details on this page, then fill in the application form linked below.
Spots in the Dealers’ Den will be given out on a juried application basis.
Each dealer may have up to 2 dealer assistants to help them out in the Dealers' Den. You will be given two helper badges at the convention to give to your assistant(s), who must each have a valid convention ticket.

The Dealers’ Den application deadline is 22nd September 2024, at midnight (23:59) CEST.
Results of the application process will be sent out before registration opens on 13th October. You will be notified via the email address you provided in your application.
Table size: 180 x 73 cm
Price: 1500 SEK (approx. 131€)
Only 1 table may be booked per dealer. You can not request any additional space or tables.
If you are awarded a spot in the Dealers' Den, your full convention ticket must be paid within 7 days of registering for the con OR no later than November 5th, whichever is sooner. Failure to do so will result in your Dealers' Den spot being cancelled.
After paying for your convention ticket, the table fee for accepted dealers will be added to your NFC registration sometime after November 5th, and you will be notified via email. The deadline to pay your table fee will be 14 days after it has been added to your registration.
Your setup may not reach into other Dealers’ space or extend beyond your assigned table space. There won't be space to set up a display behind you, please keep this in mind when you plan your setup. Furthermore, your setup may not block the passageway for others. There must always be a clear walking path behind your table along the entire row without any exceptions.
Dealers who wish to share a table with one another must clearly state this in the application form, along with the name of the Dealer they want to share with. The second Dealer has to send an application as well. Requests for table sharing after the deadline might not be taken into account. Table sharing without explicit approval of the Dealers’ Den Team is not allowed.
