The NordicFuzzCon Dealer’s Den is a place where many of the fandom’s greatest designers and crafters showcase their creations for attendees to enjoy, appreciate and even purchase. If you are a furry or furry-adjacent designer who wishes to sell your creations in our Dealer’s Den, then this page has crucial information for you!

The information below concerns specifics for our 2027 edition.
For NordicFuzzCon 2027, in order to ensure creators who are new to the vending scene have a chance to share their wares and gain experience in an increasingly competitive space, we will be offering a limited number of half-size tables under simplified curation.
When applying, you can choose if you would like your application to be considered under Simplified Curation, or Standard Curation.
Under Simplified Curation, your application must still qualify under all of the rules outlined in our Vendor’s Guide, however you will NOT be required to include photos of your table display from past events in your portfolio. We will focus on recognizing emerging art and product design skills, and boosting new creators not yet seen at NordicFuzzCon.

“Experienced” vendors are still welcome to apply for a half table via Simplified Curation if they truly prefer that size. We ask that you include a note with your application explaining your preference.
Under Standard Curation, your application must qualify under all of the rules outlined in our Vendor’s Guide, and you must have photos of your table display from earlier events included in your portfolio. We will focus on maximizing attendee delight by curating a variety of vendors and products, and look for quality merchandise and captivating art styles.

When applying under Standard Curation, you’ll be able to select your preferred table size as well as, optionally, your backup choices. If approved, it is a real possibility that you may be offered one of your backup choices instead of your preference, so mark your choices wisely. It’s up to you if you still wish to accept the offered table or cancel your dealership entirely.
“Gallerian” tables are placed in the extra-wide Gallerian hallway, and offer more depth behind your table (Gallerian “single” tables may offer some extra space to the side of your table as well). This can be ideal for vendors who need space for extra stock, or wish to create special displays such as a “walk-in” for attendees or to add a clothing rack. Gallerian tables are very limited, so we strongly recommend that any applicants selecting these tables as their preference also choose another non-Gallerian table as a backup option.
Applicants will ONLY be considered for table sizes that they have actively selected as a preference or backup option (this includes when considering which applicants to move from our waiting list into the Dealers’ Den).
Exact details on how and when to pay your table fee will be provided via email.
An exact schedule, including setup and teardown hours, will be announced later (we encourage you to visit the Schedule page for the latest updates). We plan on having the Dealer’s Den open to attendees from Noon to 18:00 on Thursday and Friday, and Noon to 17:00 on Saturday. There will not be a lunch break, but vendors are permitted to eat behind their tables if they wish.
To be considered for the NordicFuzzCon 2027 Dealer’s Den, you must submit an application. The application is not first come first serve, and will be open for 2 weeks. Please take the time you need to apply correctly.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: You can only submit ONE portfolio link for us to review. Information about what to include in your portfolio, as well as ALL rules on participating in the Dealers’ Den, can be found in our Vendor’s Guide. Due to the high volume of applications, we cannot reach out to individual applicants to inform them that their portfolio is inaccessible or that their application is incomplete, so please check and preferably double-check everything you have entered before submitting.
Applications will close on 23rd August at 20:00 CEST. We aim to finish curation and send responses to all applicants within 3 weeks after applications close, but this may change depending on the number of applicants to review. We will send responses to the same email address submitted in the application.
The Dealer’s Den at NordicFuzzCon is wholly unique and managed differently from other selling-related spaces at NordicFuzzCon. However, if you aren’t accepted to the Dealer’s Den or are looking for a different way to share and sell your creations, the Artist Alley and the Night Market may interest you.
