The NordicFuzzCon Vendor’s Guide is a central resource for any artists, crafters, creators, or business owners who would like to sell their products at NordicFuzzCon. It covers the different spaces at the convention where goods can be sold, who may conduct sales, what types of merchandise are allowed, and rules governing sales and activity in these spaces.

The Dealers’ Den is a curated space, meaning that interested vendors must apply and be selected by a jury. The jury considers the following factors during curation:
There is a lot of demand on vendor space at NordicFuzzCon, with the number of applications growing each year. Sometimes, a perfectly qualified candidate might not get selected simply due to limits on the total number of vendors we can accommodate. Applying to certain vendor spaces, such as the Dealers’ Den, requires submitting one (1), and ONLY one, portfolio link. The application page for each vendor space (published on the NordicFuzzCon website closer to when applications open) will have more specific information on if a portfolio is required or not. We strongly prefer single web pages for your portfolio, with all relevant information contained on the same page and not requiring us to navigate to other pages, links, or websites. You risk having us miss seeing some of your work if you spread it across multiple web pages or links!

An important thing to keep in mind when preparing your portfolio is that, due to the growing volume of applications, we may only have 2-3 minutes to review each one. Explaining who you are and what you do quickly, and keeping all important information on one web page or document , helps us give you a fair review no matter how many applications we have.

You are of course welcome to include links to your social media, online shop, or other links in your portfolio; However, we still require that all important information be available on one page or within one document or folder without requiring us to navigate to other websites.
With the large volume of applications to review, the biggest mistake applicants make is having things in their portfolio that leave us confused or that slow down our review process.
