Artist Alley

The Artist Alley at NordicFuzzCon is a place for artists and crafters to create and sell original works on-site. If you’re looking for a new badge, a sketch of your character, or something else made just for you, the Artist Alley is the place to be!

Vendor’s Guide

⚠️ NEW: ALL rules and information about participating in the Artist Alley can now be found in our Vendor’s Guide. Artists are obliged to read and understand the rules outlined in our Vendor’s Guide in order to participate in the NordicFuzzCon Artist Alley.

The information below concerns specifics for our 2027 edition.

Table Lottery

For 2027, we are trialing a lottery system for assigning tables in the Artist Alley. Our goals are to reduce queues and stress, while increasing fairness.

Lottery sessions

We will run a lottery for the first session of the first two days of the Artist Alley. Artists who are granted a table in the morning session of those days may optionally keep their table for the afternoon session (artists MUST inform staff at least 15 minutes before the end of the morning session if they wish to keep their table).

Artists who were not granted a table in the morning session from the lottery may queue no earlier than 1 hour before the start of the afternoon session to claim any open tables on a first-come, first-served basis.

We will announce the anticipated number of open tables for the first two days’ afternoon sessions in print on-site in the Artist Alley and online in our Telegram group. Calculating table availability relies on timely communication from participating artists, so please understand that our counts may sometimes be inaccurate. You are welcome to ask if tables are available at the Artist Alley Help Desk at any time (please limit your visits to no more than once per hour).

Both sessions on the last day will operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to join the lottery

Details on joining the lottery will be available soon…
